SMART Green Sheet Tracker

Unfortunately, even the best operators occasionally receive a Green Sheet or Incident of Non Compliance (INC) by BSEE. Tracking what INCS are being issued by PINC, BSEE District, and even by individual inspectors can provide valuable information for operators. SMART Green Sheet Tracker makes this data available, as it ensures the process for responding is followed.

SMART Green Sheet Tracker contains two sections to manage the two distinct processes involved in responding to an INC. Resolution Management provides you with the ability for everyone involved in the resolution of an INC to see and manage their activity in a single system with all of the required steps automatically scheduled, including extensions. If you choose to appeal the INC, all of the requirements to do so are included in Appeals Management, which is available only to users with a specific role enabling them to create and store the legal documentation required, and manage all of the required communications to BSEE.

Resolution Manager:

• Schedules all required steps in the process of responding to INCs
• Ensures responses are submitted on time
• Extensions are tracked and incorporated into deadlines
• Tracks the steps to be taken to resolve any conditions that caused the INC
• Stores all documentation

Appeals Manager:

Managing the resolution or appeal of green sheets can be a challenging proposition and is usually performed or managed by multiple people using multiple methods, i.e., spreadsheets, reminders in outlook, etc. Having all of the data in a single system with access controlled by role, that enables data mining, that’s SMART.
