SMART Green Sheet Tracker contains two sections to manage the two distinct processes involved in responding to an INC. Resolution Management provides you with the ability for everyone involved in the resolution of an INC to see and manage their activity in a single system with all of the required steps automatically scheduled, including extensions. If you choose to appeal the INC, all of the requirements to do so are included in Appeals Management, which is available only to users with a specific role enabling them to create and store the legal documentation required, and manage all of the required communications to BSEE.
